Caviar
Tiny, powerful specks of pure vanilla goodness — caviar refers to the flavourful seeds found inside the vanilla pod. It is the most concentrated form of vanilla you can get, naturally.
- Extremely high vanillin content (flavour compound).
- Just 0.5g delivers the flavour of a whole pod.
- Offers a rich, aromatic burst chefs love in desserts, creams, and more.
Manufacturing process
Each pod is carefully split open by hand, and the seeds (or “pearls”) are gently scraped out using a spoon. It is a time‑intensive process that preserves every bit of flavour. This is the gold standard of natural vanilla — unprocessed, unfiltered, and unbelievably potent.

Typically this is another labour intensive process where the pods are split open by hand and the seeds scraped of by hand. These pearls of vanilla look like miniature caviar and hence the name. They contain such a high amount of vanillin that half a gram contains the equivalent of the majority of the flavour in a pod.
